Working across both traditional and digital mediums, the work of London based illustrator Alice Bloomfield embraces human emotion, sex, and love through illustrated and animated works.

Alice signed to Black Dog Films in 2021 after being the first recipient of the BFI Future Film Festival and Black Dog Films Award.

Alice’s linear, figurative style is reminiscent of manga with cool hues and rich compositions. Describing her art as "opulent, perturbing and sleazy", Alice believes in exploring as many mediums as possible, adding to her extensive list of painting, music video, sets, commercial editorial, and digital projections.

Some of Alice’s recent work includes animations for a Boiler Room documentary, music videos for Puma Blue and Bigg Piig, illustration client work for Wondler and Gucci, and digital teasers for Netflix’s ‘Snowpiercer. Her illustration for clothing brand Phorm was used across their AW/21 campaign.

Inside the Palace’ a 104-page collection of Alice’s original artwork is due for publication in 2021.
